Winemaking: First fermentation takes place in steel, the second in autoclave.
Method of harvest: by hand with 15kg boxes
Fermentation: under controlled temperature
Aging: 12 months on fine lees and 4 months in bottle before being released on market.
Sugar residue: pas dosè has no sugar residue.

Tasting: bright yellow intense color, fine and persistent bottles. Elegant notes of citrus, fruity, floral, balsamic and mint, yellow peach, grapefruit closes with an intense note of toasted hazelnut. Vertical and long on the palate, very fresh and complex. Tasty, full, persistent and balanced.
