Ageing: in stainless steel 26 months on fine lees and 3 months in bottle before released on the market

Tasting sheet: Elegant notes of citrus, fruity, floral, balsamic and mint, yellow peach, grapefruit; finishes with a note of toasted hazelnut. Long and vertical on the palate, very fresh and complex. It is ready but it is destined to a long ageing time
